I am constantly inspired by how powerful communication is. And by how crucial the attitude from which it arises is.
Communication serves to connect people, and language is also a way to get in touch with ourselves more consciously, to understand ourselves and others better. Our communication is therefore the key to successful collaboration in teams and organisations, in decision-making and in moderation.
My work as a trainer, consultant and facilitator for teams and organisations such as companies, housing projects, non-profit organisations, associations and networks focuses on all of these topics.
